Role OverviewWe are seeking ambitious and driven Property Consultants to join our award-winning team. As part of one of Dubai's most established brokerages, you'll have access to exclusive stock, a steady flow of high-quality leads, and the opportunity to close deals across both secondary market and off-plan projects.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close successful transactions.
- Leverage the company's extensive marketing resources to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with top developers to offer clients exclusive projects.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while upholding company standards.
- Minimum 1 year of sales or real estate experience (UAE real estate experience preferred).
- Must have a valid UAE driver's license and car.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Access to over 200,000 fresh leads every 6 months.
- Exclusive projects with 20+ top UAE developers.
- Support from a dedicated 100+ person marketing team.
