This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, consulting with clients to understand their property needs, showing properties, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service throughout the entire transaction process.
Responsibilities- Assist clients in buying and selling properties
- Conduct market research and analyze property trends
- Consult with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate deals and facilitate the transaction process
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Consulting and Real Estate skills
- Sales and Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
- Experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Fixed salary plus Attractive Commissions
- Employee Centric work environment
- Office located at Indigo Tower, JLT
- Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm - Monday to Saturday
