Role Description

This is a full time, on site role in the Western Area of KSA. As a Projects Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your day to day tasks will include reviewing project designs, liaising with various stakeholders such as architects and contractors, managing budgets, and overseeing project timelines. You will be expected to lead and motivate teams and communicate project status updates to stakeholders effectively.

  • Lead and manage the end to end project lifecycle for high end modular manufacturing projects.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Implement and adhere to industry best practices and quality standards in modular construction.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee procurement processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations to support project requirements.
  • Oversee project progress and performance of different stakeholders working on the project and ensures the project progress is in line with the baseline program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering and having PMP Certification is a must.
  • Proven experience as a Projects Manager in high end Fit out projects in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • In depth knowledge of luxury fit out standards and materials.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with clients, designers, and contractors.
  • Minimum of 12 years of previous related experience in project management.
