Your new role
You'll support senior surveyors in delivering cost planning, tendering, and contract administration across a range of projects. You'll prepare financial reports, assist with valuations, and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- MRICS desirable but not essential
- 2+ years' experience in quantity surveying
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CostX experience preferred
- Familiarity with JCT contracts; NEC exposure beneficial
- Full, clean driving licence
