Project Services Manager needed in Dubai, !

We have an amazing opportunity for a Project Services Manager to oversee a major gas development project in Libya. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Ensuring projects meet quality standards through rigorous quality control
Lead a dedicated team, assign tasks, and support professional growth.
Develop and manage budgets, optimize resources, and mitigate risks.
Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Minimum of 15 years in Project Services / Project Control post-degree
At least 5 years in the oil and gas industry and onshore / offshore engineering
PMP or similar certification preferred
Excellent spoken and written English

Rotation Schedule : 10 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

Travel : Economy flights provided at the start and end of each rotation cycle.
