Project Manager (Villa Development)

• Plan and implement a high-level project management framework and project execution plan; provide guidance on content and ensure final content is issued on the project.
• Manage contract programme, revisions, and progress updates with project stakeholders; lead delay mitigation and improvement initiatives.
• Actively control project timelines, maintain a robust structure for changes, and review early warnings.
• Establish and maintain formal risk management processes using the project's risk register.
• Manage relationships among all project stakeholders to enable effective communication and outcomes.
• Oversee design and site delivery team performance; address major site delivery issues and ensure timely stakeholder decisions.
• Support cost management through monitoring by a cost consultant where applicable; maintain monthly budget reviews.
• Foster pro-active client engagement, resolve disputes, and maintain professional relationships with client representatives and other project stakeholders.
• Receive, review, and communicate project progress reports; establish formal reporting arrangements for the client and company.
• Identify and communicate potential business development opportunities and promote the company within the industry.

• Typically 10+ years of total experience with a track record on mega projects.
• Degree in construction management and/or civil engineering; membership/chartered status from a construction-related professional body is preferred.
• Ability to direct meetings, facilitate broad discussions, and ensure tasks are performed to the company's quality standards and policies.
