Job Title: Customer Support & Sales Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Support & Sales Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lee. In this fully on-site role, you'll be the operational backbone of our sales team-supporting pre- and post-order processes, managing customer communications. What You'll Do
Prepare accurate customer quotations within 24-36 hours.
Process purchase orders and manage submittal approvals with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with customers and sales reps during the design process
Act as a second set of hands for Account Executives, ensuring seamless execution and follow-through.
Monitor order logistics from placement through delivery, providing weekly updates to ensure satisfaction.
Communicate proactively with both internal teams and external clients to keep everyone aligned.
What You'll Bring
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
