Project Manager - Finance

Highly driven and experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on Finance Excellence, Modern Finance Transformation, Finance Data Management, and cross functional process improvement. The role will work closely with Enterprise Finance, CIO, Procurement, Human Capital, and other departments to streamline processes, enable data driven decision making, and support the transition to a digital, agile finance organization.

• Drive finance transformation initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and future ready finance operating models.
• Lead process redesign initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and control across finance and other functions.

• Implement data governance frameworks to ensure integrity, consistency, and availability of finance data.
• Collaborate with data stewards, CIO, and finance teams to define and enforce data standards and quality rules.
• Support master data management and finance system harmonization initiatives.

• Serve as the key link between Finance and departments like CIO, Procurement, Human Capital, and Strategy.
• Align priorities and lead initiatives across procure to pay, order to cash, and record to report processes.
• Facilitate workshops and process documentation with cross functional teams.

• Champion continuous improvement through innovation, process discipline, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational fundamentals.
• Lead project planning, execution tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Facilitate decisions and resolve execution barriers efficiently.

PMP and/or Agile certification required.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering).

• 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or project management.
• Expertise in process modeling, finance operations, and internal controls.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• MBA or Master's in Finance/Information Systems is preferred.
• 10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or similar experience in power plant or manufacturing.
