About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Emerald team at the Bravis mine site. You will be the first point of contact and responsible for a team of fitters. Your extensive knowledge of large mining hydraulic excavators will be essential in this customer-facing role.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will promote Hitachi's service and parts to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction and high-quality support.

Above all, your personality and charisma will set you apart when engaging with stakeholders to deliver customer success stories.

About you

• Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering, HV Electrician trade, or related heavy diesel qualifications
• Ability to provide holistic technical advice on hydraulics and mechanical components for Hitachi's Large Mining Excavator range
• Committed to meeting deadlines through planning and executing shutdowns, working with the Service Department to exceed expectations
• Proactively seek improvement opportunities and resolve queries promptly
• Strong communication and self-organization skills to manage documentation related to machine performance, customer products, workmanship, warranty, and diagnostics
• Previous mine site experience is highly regarded
• High standard of safety and duty of care towards yourself and others
