Role DescriptionThis is a full time on site role for a Project Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Responsibilities include managing project planning, facilitating communication between stakeholders, supervising site activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. The Project Manager will also oversee resources, logistics, and the expediting of materials and equipment.
Qualifications- Ability to oversee and excel in Project Management and Expediting tasks
- Experience with Inspection processes and knowledge of quality assurance standards
- Expertise in Logistics Management, ensuring smooth supply chain and resource deployment
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven track record in managing large scale construction projects
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
