Our client, a construction manufacturing company, is recruiting for a Project Manager for multiple high rise condominium projects.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with service reviews and actively following up until any issues are resolved
- Monitoring Site instructions for further follow up and internal controls
- Produce change of orders and controls, ensuring timely sign of by supervisors
- Processing invoices
- Attend relevant meetings as required
- Input data into corporate database that indicates the work of the project management team.
Requirements
- Be extremely organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Be well versed in the construction cycle of hi-rise condos
- Be superb with client maintenance
- Develop effective working relationships with contractors
- The ability to work remotely
