About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager who's incredibly responsible, detail-oriented, and persistent. You'll coordinate freelancers, manage projects in Asana, manage timelines, assist with blog updates, and ensure smooth client communication. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both organizing and occasionally rolling up their sleeves to help with small tasks - like updating a Webflow page, structuring feedback, or drafting a quick prompt for ChatGPT. This is a long-term position for someone who genuinely enjoys structure, accountability, and teamwork.

The goal is to find a long-term full-time team member, but we start with a 3-month remote part-time trial ( 80 hours/month) to make sure we're the right fit for each other.

Key Details

• 3-month part-time trial: remote, must overlap 9:30am-1:30pm PST (Vancouver), $40/hour, 80h/month
• After Trial: Full-time position with hybrid structure and a higher hourly rate
• Tools: Asana, Google Workspace, Zoom, Figma, Webflow, Calendly, Upwork, GPT
• NDA required

• Lives in Canada
• Has native or near-native English
