We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful project delivery and will be comfortable with a wide range of tasks. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to think strategically and possess strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques and proven experience in managing teams is required. We offer an attractive salary of 1400 for this role, and are open to considering foreign applicants. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits such as flexible working hours, health insurance and access to training courses.
Responsibilities- Establishing project requirements by engaging with stakeholders;
- Developing project plans that set out the scope, timeline, budget, risks and objectives;
- Managing the project resources effectively;
- Monitoring progress against agreed deadlines;
- Ensuring quality assurance is maintained throughout the life-cycle of the project;
- Developing relationships with internal/external stakeholders;
- Generating reports on progress and performance;
- Supporting organisational change initiatives;
- Identifying areas for process improvement.
Experience managing projects; strong communication and organisational skills; ability to think strategically; interpersonal skills; knowledge of project management tools and techniques; proven experience in managing teams.
