Join the engineering team to provide remote technical support for small scale and less complex tenders, projects, and designs, while also contributing to medium to complex ones.

• Drafting specifications and procedures independently to achieve optimal project results within the defined framework and client and contract requirements.
• Designing and developing technical solutions that meet all requirements, offering alternative solutions to the client and minimizing risks.
• Convincing external customers and inspectors of the feasibility and safety of proposed solutions and the resulting specifications.
• Determining the scope of engineering work for small projects or less complex technical tenders or parts of complex projects; managing personnel, planning, and budgeting.
• Supervising and assessing the work of colleagues, subcontractors, and customers to ensure adherence to requirements.
• Reporting progress for small projects or less complex technical tenders, identifying deviations in time, capacity, quality, or costs compared to the plan, requirements, and budget.
• Assisting and advising in the execution of tenders and projects, providing logistical support and continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience at an infrastructure contractor, with experience using relevant working methods, techniques, professional software, and models.
• Good knowledge of CAD, QGIS, and Excel.
• Experience in project management and strong command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in Dutch is an asset.
