- 3.Day-today management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
- 4.To forecast requirements for Labour, discuss and agree all Labour requirements with Project Manager to ensure that Labour costs relate to tender allowances
- 5.Assign roles to team members and set deadlines to achieve targets.
- 6.Oversee / prepare the selection and requisition of materials and equipment
- 7.Follow up on the material delivery and ensuring that material reaches the sites. Closely monitor the Material Inventory Sheet and share the signed DOs with Administrators
- 8.Closely monitor machinery and notify Project Manager on machinery to be capexed and machinery that needs to be replaced / scraped
- 9.Ensure that MR is accurate and signed off from your side before sharing with Administrators
- 10.Checking plans, IFC & shop drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- 11.Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, safety officers, representatives of MEP division and the general workforce involved in the project
- 12.Liaising with the local authority (where applicable to the project) to ensure compliance / approvals with local construction regulations and by-laws
- 13.Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the specifications / drawings provided
- 14.Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- 15.Execute daily operations of monitoring the work executed by the site team at site and prepare interims and completion project reports
- 16.Liaison with Project Manager / Operations Manager on analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects
- 17.Supervise monitor and report project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion. Attend Project Progress Meetings and coordinate with other departments
- 18.Set goals, monitor progress, and direct the workflow of the department to assure standards are met. Responsible for regular performance evaluations and annual review of performance expectation
- 19.Monitor the resource (time, money, equipment) required to complete a project
- 20. Manage Cash Flow Requirements for the Projects and control expenditures within project budge
- 21.Agreeing price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
- 22.Responsible for accurate / timely project documentation and job file maintenance in office
- 1.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- 2.Ability to lead large teams and bring them to work together
- 3.Bold personality, strong analytical and interpersonal skills preferred
- 4.Proven track record of managing projects ranging in the value from 10-30 million
- 5.Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- 6.Must be able to demonstrate a high level of trust and confidentiality
- 7.5 years of experience in swimming pool construction and landscape
- 8.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
