We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator - Media to join the team of our client, one of the region's largest luxury hospitality groups.

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Director of Digital and the wider Media team, coordinating projects and ensuring seamless communication across multiple stakeholders and external partners.

This role is based onsite in Dubai and offered as a 12-month renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Support the Director of Digital and the Media team in managing ongoing media and digital initiatives across the group's portfolio.
  • Meeting Management: Attend weekly meetings, take detailed notes, and track action points to ensure timely follow-ups and accountability.
  • Deadline Tracking: Proactively monitor timelines and chase deliverables to ensure all projects are completed on schedule.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project trackers, progress reports, and communication logs.
  • Team Support: Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and updates for management and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Media team and external agencies to streamline operations and communication across multiple campaigns and projects.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or executive assistance, ideally within a media, marketing, or digital environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Personality: Proactive, extroverted, and confident when engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with multiple concurrent projects.
Availability

Preference will be given to candidates who are available to start immediately and are based in the United Arab Emirates.
