Project coordinators assist project specialists & managers with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects, organizing and communicating all the details of projects and specific assignments to team members and serving as a liaison between those team members and the project specialist and manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects
- Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
- Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
- Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
- Handling administrative tasks for the projects and team members to keep the project running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related IT field.
- A Project Management certification is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Communication Skills: Fluency in Arabic & English
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines with a good work ethic
