Project Architect- Real Estate Developer

Meraki Integrated Contracting is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to support our design team in developing high-quality architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will assist with concept design, drafting, coordination, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and project requirements.

• Assist in developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
• Prepare presentation drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.
• Produce high-quality rendered apartment and retail layouts tailored for marketing and sales purposes.
• Produce detailed construction drawings and documentation as per project requirements.
• Support in creating mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, and all relevant teams to ensure overall project alignment.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from senior architects, consultants, or clients.
• Assist in preparing authority submission packages and ensure local compliance.
• Maintain organized design files, CAD standards, and documentation.

• Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is met.
• Record and report site conditions, snag lists, and design clarifications.
• Attend design meetings and client presentations when required.
• Review consultant agreements, design scopes, and project-related contractsto ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design (UAE / GCC experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of construction methods, building codes, and authority regulations in UAE.
• Strong presentation and visualization skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
