What this opportunity involves: As a Program Manager with JLL's PDS team you will be expected to take responsibility for the effective management of all phases of Programs within your responsibility from initial establishment through to benefits realisation. You will be responsible for analysing opportunities, obtaining client approvals and managing the implementation of strategic and operational optimisation initiatives. The role requires coordinating thought and leadership skills to encourage maximum contributions of all participants in the Program and focus these to maximise outcomes for all stakeholders. This includes: An overview of the role: Collaborate with JLL experts to develop options and recommendations for clients. Define program objectives and gain stakeholder buy-in. Engage with key client stakeholders and internal decision makers to gain buy-in to proposed strategies and implementation plans. Prepare strong business cases to justify the proposed initiative and obtain client approvals. Develop and manage project plans and budgets, including the establishment of a detailed overall programme that sets clear milestones and objectives to ensure successful program delivery. Establish program governance and stakeholder engagement and proactively monitor and communicate program progress, issues and risks. Build a program team and allocate appropriate roles and responsibilities, communicating clear expectations of deliverables. Prepare and distribute program reports in a timely manner including preparation of PgCG (Program Control Group) reports and attend / chair PgCG meetings as required. Ensure attention to details on all deliverables and the overall quality of final products positively represents JLL. Formally close out program activities on completion, including final cost reporting, lessons learned capture and benefits realisation tracking. Financial management of programs, including monthly forecasting, accruals, tracking invoicing to meet commitments, to meet client KPIs. A degree in a relevant business, project or property management discipline and in excess of five (5) years' experience leading programs; or a combination of formal education and experience. Program and/or project management qualifications are highly desirable. Experience in leading the design, planning and execution of large-scale programs for large, complex service delivery organisations. Previous experience delivering large scale programs to support business process improvements for operational efficiency. Previous experience in change management planning and implementation is desirable. Ability to create, maintain and manage a programme framework to ensure successful delivery of Program(s). Confidently manage program delivery from inception to closure. Ability to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver successful program(s). Understand and apply our obligations for complying with ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 and Environmental Health and Safety legislation generally. Be able to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities within established limits of authority. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and digital reporting systems. Ability to assist in the preparation of proposals and the delivery of presentations that may be required as part of securing new work.
