We're looking for a Product Unit Lead to take full ownership of the Exchange direction within EMCD, a core product in our ecosystem that includes spot, derivatives, and margin trading. This is a senior leadership role for someone with deep CEX experience, a strong product mindset, and a track record of leading product teams in crypto.
Responsibilities- Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for your product unit
- Build discovery and delivery processes almost from the ground up
- Own product roadmap and drive execution with cross functional teams
- Launch and grow products in new and complex markets
- Represent product direction in conversations with stakeholders and C level executives
- Translate strategic business goals into actionable product work
- Guide your team in balancing delivery, iteration, and innovation
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in CEX / crypto trading products
- Proven experience leading product teams or units (not just individual contributor)
- Confident in product analytics, growth metrics, and data driven decision making
- Ability to operate under uncertainty and build structure from scratch
- Own a product from strategy to delivery with full accountability
- Grow high impact fintech/crypto products in global markets
