Digital Product Owners have end to end responsibility for the development, management, harmonisation and phasing out of commercial products, services, channel formulas and processes within one or more segments and are familiar with the relationship between these aspects, with a view to achieving an optimum customer experience. This concerns a broad specialism regarding the product, channel or market with end to end responsibility for the team's activities. The Product Owner works in a team within Mashreq's Digital Studio and works together with other experts to achieve the squad's mission. Has expertise in the areas of marketing, product management, channel and process optimisation. Can fulfil the role of Product Owner within a team. The PO is responsible for defining stories and prioritising the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.
- Define product stories and backlog items aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritise the team backlog to deliver program priorities.
- Maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of features or components.
- Collaborate with cross functional experts within the Digital Studio.
- Experience in product management, marketing, channel and process optimisation.
- Familiarity with the relationship between product, channel and market aspects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
