Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement and contracting activities within the real estate sector and must possess a strong background in engineering, extensive experience in negotiation, and a proven track record of procurement management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
Lead contract negotiation and management processes to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for various procurement activities, including but not limited to construction, maintenance, and supply agreements.
Monitor contract performance and compliance.
Evaluate potential vendors and conduct supplier assessments.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable contracts.
Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within Oil & Gas, Engineering or similar industries.
