Our client is a leading technology company based in Dubai, specializing in delivering innovative IT solutions and services to businesses across the region. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Procurement Officer to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities- Source and procure IT hardware, software, and accessories based on business needs.
- Contact and coordinate with authorized vendors, distributors, and brand partners for quotations, pricing, and stock availability.
- Compare quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize purchase orders to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Manage procurement documentation, maintain a supplier database, and track purchase orders efficiently.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support long-term business goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, Finance, Operations) to confirm requirements and ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and support restocking processes according to project demands.
- Stay informed about IT market trends, product launches, and pricing developments.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards.
