Procurement Manager - Plastics & Polymers

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established company in the plastic raw material trading industry. Our client is looking for a Procurement Manager to strengthen their procurement function. This is a strategic role for professionals who understand the plastics/polymers supply ecosystem and thrive in fast-paced trading environments.

• Identify and source suppliers for plastic raw materials and polymers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best deals.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and handle vendor performance evaluations.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain in a trading company handling plastic raw materials or polymers.
• Familiarity with the plastic raw materials/polymer industry is essential.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
