About Our Client

Our client is a well-established real estate developer and investor with significant operations across KSA.

Job Description

Procurement Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that support company objectives.
  • Identify and qualify suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing of services.
  • Manage the tendering process, including preparation of RFPs, evaluation of bids, and contract award recommendations.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers and contractors.
  • Monitor Vendors' performance and maintain effective supplier relationships.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.
  • Evaluate market trends to forecast procurement needs and price fluctuations.


Commercial Management Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts with consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost controls are in place.
  • Analyze commercial performance and recommend actions to improve profitability.
  • Support project managers in resolving contractual and commercial issues.
  • Ensure all commercial documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide commercial reporting to senior management.


Team & Stakeholder Management:
  • Lead and mentor procurement staff.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to align procurement and contract requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major commercial negotiations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or architect engineering
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement and commercial roles, preferably in construction and engineering sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of contract law, commercial practices, and procurement procedures.
  • Proficient in ERP systems.
