A leading manufacturing company located in Beenleigh is currently seeking reliable and experienced Process Workers / Machine Operators to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities.
Due to the location of our clients, you must have a car with a current drivers license to get to and from work.
To be eligible for the Process Work role:
- Previous machine operator experience is preferred but not essential.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and ensure equipment is running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during production.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and ensure product quality.
- High-Reach Forklift experience is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment with machinery (cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
