Full time permanent position working on rotating shifts (2 weeks of days / 2 weeks of afternoons).

• Operate machinery to meet production, service, and quality standards for the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
• Feed product into the converting machines and arrange product at the machine discharge points.
• Stack products onto pallets for further processing, ensuring all boards stacked are neat and stable.
• Assist in machine setup, dismantling and job changes tasks for a production run.
• Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to customers.
• Maintain safe work and operating practices, and a high level of housekeeping at all times.

• Minimum of 2 years prior experience operating machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with corrugated cardboard packaging is highly desirable.
• Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts on a rotating roster (2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of afternoons).
• Proven ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with a good eye for detail, particularly in quality control. Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic, good communication, and a strong focus on health, safety and environmental practices.
