The Opportunity:

As Principal Town Planner, you'll take the lead on high-impact planning projects, provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders, and mentor a talented team of planners. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on responsibility, influence, and the chance to drive both project and team success.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead the delivery of complex strategic and statutory planning projects
  • Provide high-level planning advice to clients, authorities, and stakeholders
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes
  • Represent the consultancy at panels, tribunals, and public forums
  • Mentor and guide junior planners, fostering growth and capability
  • Strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Work with a leading team known for providing an outstanding culture
What You'll Bring:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Urban & Regional Planning
  • Deep understanding of WA planning frameworks and legislation
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strategic oversight
