This is an exciting opportunity for a well-established consultant to become part of a successful engineering design, energy and sustainability consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experience Senior or Principle consultant to lead and grow their BREEAM services and team that is based in Manchester.
Job responsibilities:
Leading the delivery of BREEAM projects, with support from a senior member of the team.
Part L, Energy Strategies and LCA assessment
Managing your own workload to meet project deadlines.
Reviewing project details and develop targets for sustainability.
Reviewing documentation provided by project teams, assess this against the project's targets and provide feedback or follow-up.
Communicating sustainability requirements to internal and external team members.
Producing reports providing advice and guidance to clients and project teams.
Attending site visits to review progress against sustainability targets.
The ideal candidate will have:
Thorough understanding of the construction industry and built environment.
Client relationship management skills.
Proven track record of project delivery.
Part L modelling experience (TAS preferable) and LCA experience (Oneclick preferable).
Experience developing and managing others (Principal/Associate grades only).
Emerging business development and sales skills.
Strong business development experience (Associate grade only).
