As a Principal Product Manager, you will drive the vision and execution of our foundational data and analytics platform that powers decision-making across the global DSP network. You'll own the development of large-scale data solutions that integrate financial health metrics, operational data, and predictive models to enable data-driven strategies. Key responsibilities include defining the long-term product strategy, leading cross-functional teams to build scalable data infrastructure, and partnering with business leaders to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies. This role requires deep expertise in data architecture and analytics, excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders, and the ability to balance technical depth with business acumen. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong product leadership, a track record of delivering impactful data solutions in complex environments, and the vision to shape the future of logistics network optimization through advanced analytics and automation.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the product vision and strategy for our DSP financial health and opertaional data platform, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives across global markets
• Partner with economics and data science teams to develop predictive models and frameworks that improve operational efficiency and cost management
• Build and execute a multi-year product roadmap that scales our analytics capabilities across regions while maintaining local market flexibility
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across pricing, operations, and finance to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Define and standardize success metrics that measure program health and drive continuous improvement across the global DSP network
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex technical and business challenges, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence
• Identify opportunities for innovation in how we leverage data to optimize our delivery network and enhance DSP program sustainability
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience owning technology products
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
