About the Role
Join our squad dedicated to driving the growth of the Fidelity Institution (FI) Investment sales and platform business. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunity leads, developing product recommendations, optimizing coverage and engagement strategies, and driving experimentation for business optimization. Your primary mission will be to research, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning methodologies that directly support our business objectives.

The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$181,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
