As a Principal Account Leader here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic growth. Your leadership and expertise in managing key accounts will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and provide innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs.

In this role you will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the company's market presence. This role is specific to two key accounts: Khazna and DAMAC Digital.

Strategic Account
  • Serve as the strategic lead for Khazna and DAMAC Digital Data Center accounts
  • Must have 10 years of experience growing and managing large complex global customers
  • Past experience selling complex technologies to large data center customers
  • Accountable for growth, pipeline development and overall management of the customer globally
  • Past experience presenting to executives both internally and externally
  • Develop strategic account plans that expand Honeywell's share across the customer globally
  • Collaborate globally with Honeywell's various regions based on the customer's needs
  • Accountable for the overall relationship between Honeywell and the customer
  • Travel globally and attend calls at various hours due to the global nature of the customer and its growth
Honeywell Expansion
  • May act as a single point of contact across all Honeywell business units
  • Prepare briefing documents to prepare Honeywell executives for meetings with customer executives
  • Expand the business with new solutions that may require the development of new relationships within the customer
Operational Excellence
  • Track, measure and report on the business with the customer; document personal impact with the customer
  • Lead, guide and hold a dedicated operations team to the customer expectations while reporting to functional leaders
  • Use Salesforce, databases and various tools to estimate Honeywell's share with the customer
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management or sales with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Good knowledge of Data Center technologies
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Customer focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
