Our client is a leading property developer with a strong presence across Scotland, known for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments. 2. Your New Role
As a Preconstruction Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the early stages of project development. You'll be responsible for cost planning, feasibility analysis, procurement strategy, and supporting bid submissions. Working closely with design, planning, and commercial teams, you'll help shape the financial success of major developments from concept to site start.
3. What You Need to Succeed

Strong experience in preconstruction or early-stage QS roles. Our client is open to candidates currently working as a QS or Senior QS seeking to focus more on the precon stage.Excellent cost planning and analytical skillsKnowledge of procurement routes and development economicsDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related fieldConfident communicator with a proactive mindsetIf you are an experienced QS or Senior QS seeking to change direction and get away from the daily and monthly hustle of projects this could be an attractive proposition for you. Our client will pay an attractive salary package for the right candidate.
