- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry innovations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in portfolio management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful investment management for multiple clients.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to make informed decisions under market pressure and uncertainty.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are strongly preferred.
