PMO Manager - ERP Programme (Dynamics F&O, CE)
Essential: Previous experience of working as a PMO Manager on an ERP Implementation
Hybrid - c. 1 day a week onsite and as required by the programme
An experienced PMO Manager is required to join a business embarking on a large scale, multi-year programme of business and systems change and transformation which includes the implementation of Dynamics F&O and Dynamics CE as well as other business systems. Experience of working as a PMO Manager on an ERP Programme is absolutely essential to this role. The programme is being delivering into a highly complex business and therefore it's very much a programme of business change and transformation, supported by best of breed systems.
A PMO Manager is required to join to provide PMO services to the programme, as well as PMO support to peripheral projects. The role requires someone who can work closely with the programme director, build PMO capability inline with existing frameworks PMO Service catalogue, and deliver an effective PMO service to include quality and gate management, reporting and governance and ensuring an effective PMO team is in place.
The appointed contractor will be an experienced PMO Manager who has previously working on an ERP Programme. You should have worked on business and technology change programmes of a similar ilk. In terms of personality, you must be engaging, able to work with a diverse stakeholder group and be able to influence and present information in an engaging and concise way.
Hybrid working practices, c. 1 day a week in Gloucestershire or as required by the programme.
