We re supporting our client, a leading Mechanical Engineering company based in Ely, who are looking for a PLC Engineer to join their growing team. The successful PLC Engineer will have experience of PLC Programming, Circuit Control & fault finding.

Responsibilities & About You:
- PLC software programming
- Electrical motor selection 3phase
- Full power and control circuit creation
- Electric component selection
- Use of AutoCAD electrical software
- Use of Eplan software
- Commission Support and Fault Finding
- Experience of ISO (phone number removed)
Hardware
- SIMATIC S7-1200 & 1500 PLCs
Software
- Siemens TIA Portal v14 onwards
- Previous experience of:
- Ladder Logic (LD)
- Sequential Function Charts (SFC)
- Function Block Diagram (FBD)
- Structured Text (ST)
- Instruction List (IL)
