Lead, train, and supervise front-line staff, café attendants, and play supervisors.
Monitor cash handling, sales reports, and POS operations.
Plan and execute events, parties, and promotions to drive business growth.
Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards across all zones.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Manage staff scheduling and performance.
Skills- Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
