Overview

KBR is looking for a Planner to support the maintenance of crude flexibility project critical equipment at Adnoc Refining, Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
  • Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.
  • Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to equipment, plants and utilities availability.
  • Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.
  • Coordinate with CE Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
  • Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.
  • Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Responsible for day-to-day Planning and generate reports as and when needed.
  • Responsible for day-to-day Job planning & Scheduling including resource identifying & loading in CMMS.
  • Coordination with multi disciplines for routine planning & shutdown jobs.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Respective Engineering or Equivalent (preferably).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in planning and scheduling. Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Excellent English communication verbal & written.
  • Age between 25 to 50 yrs.
  • Must possess a good knowledge in using Computer and good ability in activity scheduling. Familiar with MS Office, CMMS System i.e. Maximo, SAP etc. MS project & Primavera knowledge is an added advantage.
