This forward-thinking business continues to invest in modern facilities and management systems, ensuring efficient, high-welfare production.
As part of a dedicated team, you'll be involved in all aspects of running a 500-sow indoor unit, covering everything from breeding through to finishing.
Person SpecificationEntry-Level Candidates:
Ideally, you'll have some experience with pigs or livestock - full training can be provided.
Experienced Candidates:
Confident in all areas of breeding management, from AI through to farrowing.
All Applicants Should:
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Work well within a team
- Demonstrate strong animal welfare standards
- Have basic maintenance skills
- Experience with tractors or telehandlers would be advantageous, though not essential
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Package Includes:
- 3-bedroom house provided rent-free (tenant pays electricity)

Working Hours
- 07:30 - 16:45, including 1.25 hours of breaks
- Every second weekend on the rota
