Olympia Fields Full Time Hours: Balanced time between clinic and hospital; Schedule driven by patient demand and OR availability Employed Average Patients seen: 20-25 outpatient; 3-6 cases per day surgical volume Call Schedule: 1:3 Sign-On Bonus Compensation: $568,543 - $ 814,285 Benefits: - Generous recruitment bonus program including relocation allowance; commencement and retention packages- Paid malpractice- 27 days of Allowed Time Off plus 5 days for CME with an annual stipend- Full benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision and legal insurance- Retirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a)- Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation Disability- Leadership development through board and committee opportunities Additional Info: Seeking a BC General Orthopedic Surgeon with interests in Hands & Upper Extremities to join our well-established department.Our expert team of orthopedic surgeons offers a comprehensive orthopedic program specializing in the prevention and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions - those affecting the bones, joints, tendons, muscles, ligaments, and spine.- Well-established group with the most advanced techniques and technology currently being used- Reliable instrumentation and equipmentThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Hand and Upper Extremities cases.
