Physician / Surgery - General / Oklahoma / Locum or Permanent / Vascular Surgeon Job

Work Dates Needed: 10/1/2025 - 9/30/2026 plus 4 option years Preferred Schedule: Clinic Schedule: M - W 8a -4:30p. Off-hours Coverage: Physician(s) available on-call during all hours (24/7), including when the clinic is closed. OR Schedule: Thur - F 7a - 3:30p Worksite Setting: Oklahoma City, OK. Clinic coverage, surgery coverage, 24/7 on-call coverage, 24/7 call-back (emergent) coverage, remote consultations, on-site consultations, and emergent surgical services in the operating room. Scope of Work: Vascular Surgery Physician care, including, but not limited to: clinic responsibilities, communication of test results, medication, discharge education, pre-operative notes, operative reports, post-operative reports, outpatient clinic notes, operative procedures, and elective and/or scheduled procedures. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Any state license, Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery, BLS, ACLS, DEA, NPI Registry, OIG Exclusion list, Signed Letter of Commitment
