RN Resident Surgical/Transplant Unit (Days or Nights)

Full-Time 7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Requirements to Apply:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred)

• Current RN license or compact RN license to practice in Oklahoma, or valid temporary license upon hire

• Less than one (1) year of RN clinical experience required

• Candidates with more than one year of RN experience should apply to Experienced RN postings

Begin your nursing career in the Surgical/Transplant Unit of a leading academic medical center in Oklahoma City. Job Overview:
The RN Residency Program offers a comprehensive transition from student nurse to practicing RN. As a Resident, you will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to post-operative and transplant patients

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support surgical recovery

• Assist physicians with diagnostic and treatment procedures

• Document patient progress, communicate care plans, and educate families

• Collaborate with clinical teams and delegate tasks to support staff

• Attend structured learning sessions and engage in continued professional development
