Job Description

Work Dates Needed : Starting as soon as credentialed - Continuous ongoing coverage needs Preferred Schedule : 12hr shifts - Days (7a-7p); Nights (7p-7a); Occasionally swing (10a-10p or 12p-12a) Worksite Setting : Inpatient - 5 facilities - Southwest Ohio Scope of Work : Perform initial evaluations and daily rounding on assigned inpatients; Develop and manage treatment plans in coordination with specialists and nursing staff. Coordinate with mid-level providers Admit patients from the emergency department or direct referrals. Respond to inpatient medical emergencies (e.g., rapid response, code blue). Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams. Coordinate discharge planning and post-discharge follow-up.
