Gastroenterology Locums Job in Oklahoma 24-Hour Call Immediate Start and Ongoing Coverage Assignment Jackson and Coker is pleased to be working with a client in Oklahoma seeking Locums GI coverage starting ASAP and ongoing. This hospital has recently won 2025 Patient Safety Excellence Award and 1st Place Winner of the 2025 Association for Healthcare Foodservice (AHF) National Culinary Competition. Are you or a colleague available? Coverage Needed: Immediate and ongoing, must be available at least 7 days on per month until December 2026 Hiring multiple full-time and part-time providers Dates needed: 1/5-1/11 PRIORITY 1/12-1/18 PRIORITY 2/2-2/8 PRIORITY 2/9-2/15 3/16-3/22 Shift Description: 24-hour call ED coverage as well as IP consults and surgical cases as needed Requirements: Must be licensed in Oklahoma or IMLC Board certified in GI No background issues or malpractice settlements (including pending cases) EUS and ERCP is not required, but preferred, would consider General GI experience. There is no moderate sedation. Anesthesia is used for all endoscopy cases, no exceptions Assignment Details: ERCP Anesthesia is on site during the day and on call at night Rounding: 4 hours based on 30 minutes per patient Callback hours per 24 hours: Around 7-8 Support staff includes hospital unit RNs Level III Trauma Center with 153 beds EMR: Epic New Consults: 6-12 Follow Up Consults: 8-12 Total daily average daily pts: 16-17 Beds:334 Jackson and Coker offers: + Direct Deposit + Top Rated Malpractice
