Work Dates Needed: ASAP- 13 week contract Preferred Schedule: 4 providers needed (2 for day shift and 2 for night shift) 12 hour shifts 6a-6p and 6p-6a Worksite Setting: Corrections Scope of Work: H&P's, medication, and follow ups. Physician will evaluate patients for: sick call request appointment as results of a physician order urgent/emergent basis Basic suturing required Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX license, BLS, DEA. Open to BC, BE, out of residency Ok with IM and ED providers EMR: Epic Pay Rate Preferred: $115/hr.
