Desired Schedule: PRN shifts Reason for Coverage: Short term medical Leave Worksite Setting: Outpatient Scope of Work: Multispecialty group. Need Family Medicine to see patients of all ages. Patient census 20-23 ppd Basic Primary Care Appointment based with some Walk ins Additional physicians and Advanced practice providers onsite Will work with an APP and sign off on any scripts The only controlled substance they prescribe is ADD Medicine Federally Qualified Health Care center, Medicaid/medicare, colds/flu, immunizations, strong patient population of diabetes appointments and walk-in patients. Requirements: SC license, Federal DEA, SC DEA/DHEC - controlled substance registration, BLS, Flu shot, Covid shots, Will accept NON boarded candidates EMR/EHR system: EMR is Aprima.
