Work Dates Needed: October 20-November 28 with option to extend Preferred Schedule: 730a-4p (30). Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays Worksite Setting: Outpatient Employee Health clinic Scope of Work: annual exams, medication refills, labs, EKG, acute care visits, physicals, testing, 2-3 patients per hour Patient population- 2+, CMA support Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active FL license, BLS and DEA.
