Work Dates Needed: Sept 16, 2025 - Sept 15, 2026 base year, plus 4 option years Preferred Schedule: Available shifts: 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 10a-10p, 3p-3a, 8p-8a Worksite Setting: Rural facility in AZ Scope of Work: ER coverage 365 days per year, ER physicians also manage patients in the inpatient dept overnight, physician will have admitting privs, will admit to appropriate wards overnight as needed Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must have completed an Emerg Med residency and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, or completed a Family Med or Internal Med or other residency with 1.5 years of Emerg Med Experience, Active unrestricted license any state, BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
