Join the vibrant haus & haus Marketing Team as our Photographer/Videographer, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to prioritize and schedule upcoming property shoots. Your role involves recommending strategies for optimal outcomes and efficiencies, creating versatile content for various channels, including web, social media, and direct communications. Proactively staying updated on market trends, you'll suggest creative approaches to engage audiences and showcase properties uniquely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Production: Coordinate and capture professional photographs and videos, showcasing both exterior and interior aspects of properties, highlighting essential rooms and the flow of space.
  • Collaboration and Set-Up: Work with brokers and stakeholders to ensure proper pre-production set-up, including staging, lighting, and arrangement for the shoot.
  • Editing and Post-Production: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for editing and post-production of materials to ensure high-quality output.
  • Media Library Management: Organize and manage the photo/video library, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for the team.
  • Efficient Workflow: Ensure well-managed shoots and timely completion of edits, optimizing the process for efficiency.
  • Task Management: Update and manage tasks and projects using platforms like
  • Social Media Management: Post and manage social media content as needed, relating to the created content.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in photography/videography, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere & After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
  • Strong English language skills, able to review written copy and communicate easily with a large range of stakeholders.
