- Located on-site at the Parkville Office, F/T hours Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm.
Are you passionate about making a difference and skilled in donor engagement and experienced with Salesforce NPSP or NPC?
About the RoleAs a Philanthropy Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Foundation's donor engagement efforts during the busy end-of-year period.
Your responsibilities- Making thank-you calls to valued donors
- Following up Celebration of Giving invitations
- Liaising with key stakeholder including major donors
- Writing heartfelt notes and Christmas cards for the Christmas appeal
- Enter and manage donor data in Salesforce
- Processing receipts and acknowledgments
- Salesforce NPSP or NPC experience is essential
- Confidence in speaking with major donors and key stakeholders
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- A warm, professional and proactive approach
This role will commence ASAP and until Friday 19 December, with the possibility to return in early January 2026.
